This report explores the feasibility and strategic considerations involved in establishing an independent business support structure for Inuit entrepreneurs in Nunavik. Based on qualitative research, comparative analysis, and a participatory workshop, the study identifies the needs of local entrepreneurs, evaluates potential models (chambers of commerce and business associations), and proposes a decision-making tool to guide entrepreneurs across Nunavik’s 14 communities in selecting a structure that reflects Inuit values and priorities.
